Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

You must provide a clear statement, for example by email or letter, informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

Reimbursement will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

If you expressly requested that performance begin before the end of the withdrawal period, you must pay an appropriate amount for the services already provided up to the time of withdrawal.

Early Start of the Service

Production normally begins only after full payment has been received.

Consumers may expressly request that performance begins before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.

Once the ordered service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal expires if the consumer previously expressly agreed to the early performance and acknowledged the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal after full performance.
